Doggcrapp Training

"Weight Training BIG Dogg Style!

If there was ever an excellent workout program that deserved to be written about, it is... Doggcrapp training.  Also known as DC training, this program was created by Dante Trudel.

This form of training is not for the faint of heart.

Dante, one of the bodybuilding community's most helpful and influential members, developed his program for building muscle mass as quickly as possible.

Doggcrapp TrainingSome BIG and STRONG lifters have been created using DC training techniques.

A quick word of caution though: I can not emphasize enough the need to be ready for this style of training.

It is recommended that you DO NOT undertake this style of training if you:

  1. Are not an advanced lifter. There are plenty of other weight lifting programs to continue on with first.

  2. Are in your teen years or do not have at least 3 solid years of progressive lifting experience.

This Dogg style training will stunt your growth!

OK, maybe not ;), but it really is not for you if you are a teenager. Start with a good 5X5 program and build your base for years.

  3. Have not first exhausted other good lifting programs first. Use Dante's highly advanced training style as a last resort.

If any of the above applies to you, please check out the other worth while weight lifting programs mentioned.

If you are in fact ready for Dog Crap weight training, you are in for a treat; a painful one at that!

The information necessary to undertake this advanced style of lifting is best left to the vets in DOGG Pound.

The Pound is the place to find the best information about DC Training.

There are other sites out there that try to explain this training style, but they are usually inaccurate and often print outdated information.

If you want to learn how to undertake Dogg Crapp Training properly, visit the DOGG Pound at IntenseMuscle.com (IM) and read as much as possible.

You may also find the Journal section at IM helpful, as you will find some members post their DC workout journals there.

The official DC Training DVD is also available for sale on True Protein's website.

This training video has everything you need to learn to do Dog Crapp Training properly and safely. It is also Dante approved, so you know you are getting the correct info.

DC Training DVD Trailer

The 3 hour DVD stars Jason Wojo and Franco Dattilo, both trained by DC himself. The video covers exercise selections, nutritional info, extreme stretching, interviews and more.

Learning this training style from the DVD can save you hours of reading at IM and comes highly recommended.

That way, you will not have the "Big Dog" biting your ass when asking Doggcrapp training newbie questions on the forum ; )
