endeavors is only reliant on a few things, non of which are hush-hush.
Your Genetics
Yep, that's right. Sorry to break it to you,
but you owe your bodybuilding potential first and foremost to what Mom and Pop
gave you. Your genetic gift.
Good or bad, it's what you were dealt with.

This is, by no means, advice to throw in the
towel.
Far from it!
I say go after it and go as far as your
genetically inclined to.
And if you are of the lucky few who were blessed
with great genetics... all the power to you as well!
If not, be realistic and do your absolute best.
You will still be 90% further than 90% of the population that does not exercise.
Your Diet
The old saying holds true, "You are what you eat".
If you want to look like a bodybuilder,
you have to eat like one.
This will be the most important factor in shaping
your body and building muscle, so take it seriously.
Your rest
Ahhhh sleep.
Don't you just love it?
Your body sure does. Especially, if you just
put it through a punishing workout yesterday.
Everyone is different with the amount of sleep
required to feel rested... so if you can, sleep until you feel rested. If
you have a busy schedule, try to take naps whenever you can.
Remember, you grow out of the gym, not in it.
Your training
Heavy ass weights, using good form... over TIME.
Rome was not built in a day.. and the body of your
dreams will not, either.
Start with a
good training routine
to build the basics... and work at it FOR YEARS.

I won't lie to you and try to sell you something
that will add 50lbs of muscle to your frame in 30 days.
If you just started working out, you may notice
some great gains right off the bat. Those are what we call "NOOB" gains,

at it, harder.
